By downloading, installing, or using the Habit Ping mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

3. Subscription Terms
3.1 Free Trial
- • New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features
- • No payment method required during trial period
- • When trial expires, access to the app is suspended until you subscribe
- • No automatic billing - you must manually choose a subscription plan to continue
- • Only one free trial per user/device
3.2 Subscription Plans

3.3 Billing and Renewal
- • Weekly subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- • Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase that never expires and does not renew
- • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
3.4 Cancellation
- • You may cancel your weekly subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
- • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- • No refunds for partial subscription periods
- • Access to premium features continues until the end of the paid period
- • Lifetime Access purchases are final and non-refundable as per Apple's standard policy
4. User Data and Privacy
4.1 Data Ownership
- • You retain ownership of all habit data and personal information entered into the App
- • Data is stored locally on your device
- • No data is transmitted to external servers
4.2 Data Export and Deletion
- • You can delete individual habits or all data through the App
- • All data can be manually exported via screenshots or notes
- • Complete data control remains with you at all times
